DAC has executed its risk mitigation plan to protect our team and honor our commitment to you, our clients. All Client Service Managers have direct phone lines which have been forwarded to their location from which they are teleworking and everyone has access to email. All of our managers work remotely through our dedicated VPN network, which the entire team uses to access the DAC database, templates, reviews and all EMMA filings. DAC computers are on a computer-to-computer basis with EMMA and we can assure you that all filings will continue to be made in a timely manner, as they have over the past 20 years. Lisa Olsen is available through her direct line as well as through the DAC main line 407-515-1100, as is Paula Stuart. Anyone wishing to make voluntary filings to EMMA, regarding COVID-19 are encouraged to do so. Investors with portfolios will continue to receive all answers to any question asked though the investor relations portal and on EMMA.
