DAC will retain Issuer information relating to IRS requirements, assist in noticing the Final Expenditure of Proceeds Certification, and store Form 8038-CP for tax credit payment from the Department of Treasury, within the allotted time periods. IRS Notice 2009-26 provides further guidance.
